Letters of Recommendation submitted by letter writer please send to avtaa.vts.credential@gmail.com
Subject line should state: LOR {AVTAA applicant's first and last name}
To submit the 2025 AVTAA Pre-Application, follow these steps:
Go to https://wetransfer.com/. This service is free and does not require an account.
Enter avtaa.vts.preapp@gmail.com in the “email to” box
Enter your personal email address in the “your email” box (work email addresses not advised due to firewalls)
Enter 2025 AVTAA Pre-Application in the “title” box
Enter your full name in the “message” box
Click upload files at the top of the box
- Ensure that ALL pre-application documents are present before zipping the folder.
- ONLY zipped Folders (containing multiple files) can be sent via WeTransfer
- Individual files will NOT be accepted!
- Name the zipped folder yourfirstname.lastname.applicant2025
Click the TRANSFER button
You will be asked to verify your email by entering a code sent to your email address. Enter code and click “verify.”
The uploaded files will be transferred to AVTAA.
You will receive an immediate email confirming files were transferred successfully. You will also receive an email when AVTAA downloads your files. Please keep both of these emails for reference.
2025 Pre-Applications must be submitted no later than 11:59:59 Eastern Standard Time, May 31 2024
To submit the 2025 AVTAA Complete Application, follow these steps:
Go to https://wetransfer.com/. This service is free and does not require an account.
Enter avtaa.vts.credential@gmail.com in the “email to” box
Enter your personal email address in the “your email” box
Enter 2025 AVTAA Application in the “title” box
Enter your full name in the “message” box
Click upload files at the top of the box
- Folder 1 and Folder 2 must contain the appropriate files before zipping the folder
- ONLY zipped Folders (containing multiple files) can be sent via WeTransfer
- Individual files will NOT be accepted!
- Folder 1 should be saved as yourfirstname.lastname.AVTAA2025.zip
- Folder 2 should be saved as yourapplicant#.AVTAA2025.zip
Upload BOTH Folder 1 and Folder 2 together at the same time. This will help minimize total emails sent.
Click the TRANSFER button
You will be asked to verify your email by entering a code sent to your email address. Enter code and click “verify.”
